Poetry : Relationships

What fear have I
  Of death, pain, dismemberment?
Not much.  These things will come
Whether I fear them or not.

But O! To be misunderstood!
For this terrible thing I quake,
And in fear of it, make that thing
   I am most afraid of.

What is it about relationships that I find it hard to relate to? Hmmm...

Poems on Relationships:

I don't know how

Bridge Burning

Broken Promises

Fear

For whom I am missing

From the blue

If I knew

In box

Landscapes

I miss her

Poem du jour, Wed 21 Feb

Poem du jour, Thu 22 Feb

This is her face

Time and Tide

True love
